How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I export my habit data?
Yes! Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Data to download all your habit tracking data in CSV format. This includes your habits, completion history, and analytics.
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What's the difference between free and premium?
The free version includes basic habit tracking and streaks. Premium unlocks unlimited habits, advanced analytics, customizable themes, widgets, and priority support. Try our free trial to experience all premium features.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at hi@vollabs.io.
Can I use Cato on multiple devices?
Yes! Your account syncs automatically across all your devices. Just sign in with the same account on each device to access your habits and data everywhere.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
We appreciate bug reports! Please email us at hi@vollabs.io with a description of the issue, what device/OS you're using, and steps to reproduce the problem. Screenshots are helpful too!
Do you offer student or educational discounts?
